Located within a large private plot that shares its southern boundary with the internationally acclaimed Webb Estate just 12 miles South of Central London, our design brief was to provide value to the location while offering something exciting to a traditionally suburban designed part of the Croydon Borough.
With Purley station and the town center accessible in under ten minutes, this scheme offers convenience and privacy along with a beautifully designed garden area we have retained.

Leatherhead
9 traditional 1/2 bedroom apartments
The Swan Guest House is one of the most locally known sites in the town center and as an elevated corner plot, delivering something iconic in its place was our key focus.
Now approved at planning, this traditionally styled building will offer something special to the locality, and with just a 5-minute walk from the train station and town center, this was a key location for redevelopment into a stylish design of new family homes.

Ruden Way, Epsom Downs
6 family homes
Comprising a land assembly of 7 individual residential plots and backing onto the iconic location of Epsom Down, this development offers 6 new traditional built detached homes nestled within a highly residential and leafy part of Surrey.
Now approved at planning, delivering a successful outcome has been a challenging balance between meeting the need of both the sellers and the Local Planning Authority.

Purley
9 2/3 bedroom apartments
Situated within our usual target demographic, Briton Hill Road lies just minutes from Sanderstead station and is one of the most sought after residential roads in its locality.
Banked on a steep camber, the design is currently being set into the ground to form a lower ground floor area, given us the extra floor required while maintaining harmony against the street scheme.

Stamford Green, Epsom
2 3 bedroom semi-detached family homes
Size isn’t everything and these two high specification newly built homes proved just that.
Completing within just months of the building during the height of the Brexit property slump, these 3 bedroom cottages topped the highest price achieved locally (p/sqm) and sat in complete harmony within this conservation area.

Woodside Road, Purley
12-16 2/3 bedroom apartments
Located in another residential and sought after location within Purley, our latest scheme has proven relatively complex due to the topography of the site, as well as a number of constraints in order to include much needed new affordable homes within the development.
With several pre-applications already completed, we’ll be refining our proposal over the coming months ahead of a submission for full planning.
